Our Values

Who we are, what we stand for

As an independent, family-run business, we combine specialist knowledge with a flexible and straightforward approach.

Sustainable

We help customers consider responsible material choices, including paper-based and lower-plastic options where these are suitable. Food safety and performance remain essential, so every recommendation is considered in the context of the product, pack and application.

Reliable

Our customers depend on consistent products, responsive support and continuity of supply. With experienced people involved throughout the process, we can answer questions quickly and adapt when specifications, volumes or production requirements change.

Bespoke sizes and formats

We convert products around the application rather than asking customers to work around a standard format. Dimensions, shapes, holes, slits and other features can be tailored, with the material and performance specification selected to suit the product and packing process.

Our current minimum order value for standard UK mainland deliveries is £500. As most products are converted to order, the actual quantity this represents will depend on the material, size and format required. Smaller requirements may be better supplied through one of our distributor customers, and our team can advise on the most suitable route.

For standard UK mainland mixed or single-product pallet orders, the typical production lead time is around 7 to 10 days. Larger orders, export deliveries and specialist or printed products may take longer depending on the specification, material availability and production schedule. We will confirm an expected timescale when quoting.
